Security and privacy at Loom Loyalty.

This page explains how we handle data, yours and your customers', and what we do to keep it safe.

You own your data

Your data belongs to you. We process it to run your loyalty program and to support you, and for nothing else. We do not sell it. We do not share it with other customers. You can export it or delete it whenever you want.

How we protect it

We encrypt data in transit and at rest. We limit access to the people who need it to do their jobs, require multifactor authentication, and log activity across our systems. Each customer's data runs in its own isolated environment. We monitor continuously, patch quickly, and test our defenses on a regular schedule. Our team is bound by confidentiality and trained on security.

AI that respects your customers

Loom Loyalty is AI native. Patterns reads behavior in real time and Weave acts on it. We built that intelligence to work without putting your customers at risk.

We do not use identifiable member data to train models that serve other customers. Inside the platform, our models learn only from data that has been aggregated and de-identified. AI supports your team. It does not replace human judgment on decisions that materially affect a person.

Privacy and compliance

We help you meet your obligations under the GDPR and the CCPA. Every customer relationship includes a signed Data Processing Agreement. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for data that crosses borders. We publish the vendors we use to run the service so you always know who can touch your data.

Certifications and reports

We share certifications and security reports with customers under a confidentiality agreement on request.

This site

When you submit a demo request on this site, we collect your name, company, and email to follow up with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

We use Amplitude, a privacy-friendly, first-party analytics service, to understand how visitors use this site. It sets a first-party cookie on loomloyalty.com to count visits and recognize a device between pages, and that cookie carries across our own subdomains, such as dashboard.loomloyalty.com, so your journey stays connected. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

In the US, analytics are on by default, and we honor your browser's Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out. In the EU, the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, we ask first. You can change your choice at any time with "Privacy choices" at the bottom of any page.
